بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
This is the surah that announces the leaving/ departing of the messenger.s. The worldly purpose /job of the messenger.s is accomplished.
He increased Astaghfar after this surah was revealed
Madani Surah (majority)- at the time of Fatha Makkah, farewell Haj, at the time of entering Makkah after victory
Makkah Surah ( minority) – language of Surah, إِذ : When (in past) إِذَا : When ( in future); guarantee of victory to messenger of Allah.s

1.  إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ

“When came the tremendous help of Allah and (that is) the final victory,”
جَاءَ : stronger, tougher, heavier ( past)
نَصْرُ : a lot of help, big and heavy, help someone fight against someone else
نَصْرُ اللَّهِ : tremendous aid of Allah, magnifying it, incomparable, credit goes to Allah
الْفَتْحُ : open, absolutely abundantly clear victory (no confusion who won and who lost- winner knows he won and looser knows he lost)
-- > Fatha of Hudaibiyyah and Fatha of Makkah- 2 fatha mentioned in the Quran
وَ : i.e ; that is

2. وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا

رَأَيْتَ : And you saw / you will see
before his worldly life is over, you will see with your own eyes, the people entering into the religion
النَّاسَ : Arabs and other, people of Yemen, the people around you, people in Makkah;
    Insaan- the one who possesses intellect as opposed to haiwaan- "Those who didnt enter the religion of Islam arent human, they are bunch of animals"
أَفْوَاجًا : group after the another group, groups at a time
يَدْخُلُونَ : they entered, Allah did not make a comment about the state of their hearts (having iman is inside); since, Muhammad.s has become the custodian of the Kabah, they accepted his religion; they came into it without thinking much about it (they will leave without thinking much about it) 

دِينِ اللَّهِ : religion, giving back on the day of judgement
"you will see the people entering in the religion of Allah in groups after another group."

3. فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا

"Then, declare the perfection of your Master by doing praise of Him, and seek His forgiveness, He has always been one to accept repentence, no doubt"

-- > If you want to ask Allah for forgiveness, that is something you want, before you ask Allah for what you want you first give Him what He deserves. Do hamd, tasbeeh

-- > two components of Ibadah: declaring Allah's perfection, accepting your own fault

سَبِّحْ : swim, float; say about Allah what declare its perfection and maintain that perfection
-- > (Make Salah) the best way to praise Allah, declare His perfection and ask forgiveness

-- > Zikr narrated by Ibn Masood "Subhanaka allahumma wa bihamdik Allahumma agfirli innaka antat tawwabul gafoor "
سَبِّحْ : declare Allah's perfection
حَمْدِ :  declare gratitute to Allah and appreciation of Allah
بِ : along with, by means of doing, because of , have the attitude, but in addition 

رَبِّكَ : Your Rabb (ka-messengert.s)
إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا : It is only He who has been,no doubt, continually accepting of repentence
(past- he has always been this way) for people entering the religion, Allah has already accepted your tauba
 تَوَّابًا : he comes back over and over to you
